BUSHTIT OR-341
Willamette Valley, William L. Finley National Wildlife Refuge, Oregon
June 14, 9:01 a.m.
Sunrise at 5:27 a.m.
A family of bushtits moves through the bushes at the edge of a field, where flies love to congregate and buzz around anyone standing there. As the flies swarm about me, the bushtits converse in brief spits and scrapes as they pirouette through the bushes.
